Chris Greening and Conner Baudier are a filmmaking duo brought together by Loyola University New Orleans. Chris comes from Texas while Conner comes from Louisiana, together they offer unique perspectives on coming-of-age in the south.
Chris and Conner have been inspired by films like Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Spectacular Now, and It’s Such a Beautiful Day. This film is based on Chris’s experience growing up in a college town and being the only one in his friend group to leave the state for college. Their goal with this film is to capture the spirit of a group of friends and at the very least… say “something”, and in this case that something is: The unknown is scary, but trust the people you love will always be there.
