Raised in the South, Stan Thomas has always possessed the same tenacity and vision the region is famous for. But what he has always been possessed by is a passion for film making. His talents in the film world have taken him to work in Houston, Nashville, New York City, and New Orleans. Starting his career with a focus in sound, Stan is becoming ever more involved in other aspects of the film making process, now writing his own work and producing both his words and the words of others. To accelerate his learning and his autonomy, Stan created his own innovative production company, Rock Elephant Media. The studio has given him all tools and round the clock access to hone and refine his skills, learn new techniques, and offer those advantages to others no matter when they should require them. This is production, as we all know it, all the time under tight deadlines and Stan has been able to perform his best even under those circumstances.
