Director Biography – Trey Huguley

Trey Huguley is an award winning filmmaker from the heart of Texas with predilections for offbeat, humorous, and absurd alternate realities.

From an early age, Trey was rarely found without his VHS deck and camera in-tow attempting to remake his favorite childhood films. As formats evolved and the landscaped changed, Trey always maintained his love for telling stories through moving image – and he continued to evolve with it.

As a founding member of Ten House Productions and Slash Consortium, a collective for like-minded artists in Texas, and as an avid participant in the 48 Hour Film Project, Trey continues to share his love of story telling through film with projects like “17 Minutes in Texas: the Zombie Apocalypse”, “6:15” and “The Bitters Truth.” Along with his team at Slash Consortium, Trey has also recently completed his first independent comedy feature with “Axe Murdering, with Hackley.”
