As a filmmaker, I enjoy the intimate moments hidden in larger-than-life worlds. This perspective informs my writing and direction.
When a film’s atmosphere creates an impression, the little things just fit into place. With ALIVE, we hoped to show a world that traps, and tortures, true emotion.
Our world often does the same to us, but we hold true to our feelings/convictions anyway. We hoped to demonstrate that resolve with this short story.
